Shipping Conditions

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Kargo.
  • A flat shipping fee of 99,00 TRY applies to purchases made through ÜGE Studio.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Products must be requested for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original position, and sent together with all accessories in their original packaging, exactly as they were received. Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Please complete the Return & Exchange Form included in your package and send your shipment via DHL using the return code 202354899.
  • Once your package reaches our facility, it will undergo an inspection process. If your return is approved, the refund process will be completed within 2–5 business days.
  • Business days refer to weekdays only. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe.
  • For both returns and exchanges, the shipping fee is TRY 138.78 and must be paid by the sender.

Customer’s Responsibility to Inspect the Product

Before accepting delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product/service. Damaged or defective items such as dented, broken, or torn packages should not be accepted from the shipping carrier.

Once the product/service has been accepted, it is considered to have been delivered in proper condition. After delivery, the customer is responsible for carefully protecting the product/service. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
